Find the support that’s right for you

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy may be right for you if you’re seeking personal growth and greater confidence. It can help when you’re experiencing anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, burnout, or navigating life changes like moving, loss, or a breakup.

This is a space focused on you—where you can heal from trauma, build self-compassion, and feel more grounded. I may use Lifespan Integration (LI) as part of this process, which you can learn more about here.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for partners at any stage—dating, engaged, or married—who want to strengthen connection, communication, and trust. Some come to build on a strong foundation, while others seek support during increased conflict or disconnection. We focus on identifying patterns, improving communication, fostering empathy, and learning tools for repair.

Premarital therapy is also offered to explore key topics before taking the next step.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is for family members, friends, or coworkers who want to work through pain points and strengthen their connection. It focuses on understanding what has caused hurt, improving communication, and setting healthy, clear boundaries. It can help repair ruptures, address past wounds, and navigate life transitions so relationships feel more supportive, balanced, and connected.
